Terms of delivery

1. ch.ge delivery service is available in the company's online store throughout Tbilisi and its surroundings (Tskneti, Kojori, Kiketi, Kvemo and Zemo Fonichala, Shindisi, Tkhinvala, Okrokana, Lilo village, Didi Lilo, Lisi village, Mukhatskaro, Mukhatgavedi, Mskhatgavedi) .

2. Delivery time is 1-3 working days. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery period may be extended, about which the customer will be additionally notified. The delivery price is determined according to the purchase price, namely:

The delivery fee for purchases up to 100 GEL is 4 GEL;

In case of purchase over 100 GEL, delivery is free;

3. The customer will be able to receive the products purchased through ch.ge under the conditions specified in this article.

4. The customer specifies the product delivery address for each order. He can add a new address to each order.

5. If the customer wants another person to pick up the order instead of him, in such a case he must provide ch.ge with the data of the receiving person, namely, name, surname, address and phone number. Address field corresponding to the order so that ch.ge can do the pickup. identify correctly.

6. In order to receive the order smoothly, the customer must fill in the requested information thoroughly, correctly and completely.

7. The contractor delivers the product specified in the order to the customer through a third party. Before delivering the order to the customer, the courier will contact him and agree on the delivery time

8. The company is not responsible for late and/or timely fulfillment of the obligations assumed by the courier.

9. If the customer has not received the order within 3 working days after the confirmation provided for in clause 5.7 of this agreement, he should immediately inform ch.ge on the hotline 0322 61 11 51 and ch.ge will take care of it after identifying the problem. About timely elimination of any misunderstandings/defects. .

10. In case of incorrect indication of incomplete address and/or contact phone number, as well as answering the courier's phone call, the product will be returned to the warehouse and stored for 14 calendar days.

11. Due to the expiration of the above-mentioned period of storage in the warehouse and/or refusal to accept the order of the recipient, ch.ge's obligation will be considered fulfilled and the amount paid will not be returned to the customer. .

12. The customer is obliged to check the order immediately after receiving the order and not to receive low-quality products.

13. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the customer after the customer or consignee obtains actual possession of the goods.
