Terms of Delivery
The CH.ge delivery service on the Clean House online store operates throughout Tbilisi and its surroundings.
Delivery Prices and Period
The delivery period is two working days. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery period may be extended, which the operator will inform you about. The delivery price is determined by the purchase price,
The delivery fee for purchases up to 100 GEL is 4 GEL;
In case of purchase over 100 GEL, delivery is free;
If you have not received your order within 3 days, please notify us immediately via the hotline at 2 61 11 51, and after identifying the problem, Clean House will make sure to resolve any misunderstandings/defects in a timely manner.
In case of an incorrect indication of an incomplete address and/or contact phone number, as well as if the courier does not answer the phone call, the parcel will be returned to the warehouse and stored for 10 working days.
Due to the expiration of the storage period in the above-mentioned warehouse and/or the refusal of the receiving person to accept the order, ch.ge's obligation will be considered fulfilled, and the order will be subject to cancellation.
Within 5 working days after the cancellation of the order, the amount paid will be returned to the customer's bank account, minus the delivery costs.
The change of the delivery address of the order may be made only if the package is not delivered to the courier company. To clarify the above, please contact us through the hotline.
The courier will contact you 40 minutes or an hour and a half before the delivery of the package.
Risk of Product Loss or Damage
We ask our customers to carefully check the packaging of the order, to make sure that the order is undamaged and the quantity is correct.
In case of damaged products or an order received by mistake, no later than 48 hours after the delivery of the item, please take a photo showing the damage and/or error and write to us about this fact by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us through the hotline."
